Please note the new days. The conference opens on Sunday evening and continues with seminar days on Monday and Tuesday.
Additional information such as the schedule, registration opening date, pre-conference education and certification opportunities, volunteer opportunites and the TEXSOM Best Sommelier Competition application will be announced in the future.
The Four Seasons Resort and Club room block will be released upon opening of TEXSOM registration.
All participants at the TEXSOM Sommelier Conference must be 21 years of age or older.
The TEXSOM Sommelier Conference is a professional educational event for wine, food & beverage service, and hospitality professionals.
